Summary Piaggio Aero’s P.180 Avanti is the fastest business-class turboprop in the world. It cruises at 450 mph, accommodates up to eight passengers, and has a 1,700 mile range. The Avanti’s two Pratt & Whitney turbines consume only 60 to 90 gallons per hour, making it the most economical cabin-class aircraft ever manufactured. One-eighth fractional share for sale A one-eighth share of this aircraft is being offered to qualified buyers for $750,000. Owners will not pay any hourly fees to use the aircraft, only their own fuel. There is a monthly management fee to cover the costs of pilots, hangar, engine reserves, and other expenses. It is $7,000 per month. Once purchased, shares may be bought, sold, or transferred. Purchases can be financed, with 20% down typically required by a lender. Access to the aircraft The aircraft will be available to all owners on-call, with or without advance booking. When the aircraft is unavailable, owners will also be able to schedule trips in a Lear 35, a six-seat Piper Navajo, or a Mooney 231 (or comparable models to each of these aircraft).
